20 Positive Affirmations to Practice Everyday



What is an affirmation? 


By definition an affirmation is the process of affirming something. If you would like to make a change in your life for the better then you would use affirmations to re-wire your brains beliefs to attract what you desire.




Do affirmations actually work? 

Yes, thousands of people claim credit to the power of affirmations. 

They do not work for everyone but wanting a change and being open minded and prepared to do whatever is necessary is a great way to start the process. 

Affirmations are about your beliefs as well as just saying positive phrases.





In order for affirmations to work, they have to be used with intention and also elevated emotions that match what you would like to affirm. 

When you speak your affirmations they need to be spoken with feeling and intention also, this is to affirm that you believe what you are saying, and not just saying words hoping they will make a positive change in your life.




How do I know what affirmations to use?

There are thousands of sources where you can find affirmations on many different topics, these including attracting health, wealth, abundance, love and freedom. 

If you search positive affirmation in on YouTube or google, you will find many sources and meditations that you can use yourself. 




What are examples of affirmations? 

I have been following idillionaire for a while now on instagram and I absolutely love her work. 

When  Idil Ahmed released her book I couldn't wait to get my hands on it, after reading it and loving it so much that I also bought the ebook to listen to.

How long will it take for manifestations to work?

    If you have enjoyed these manifestations, remember that it is important to practice these everyday. 

     People often say that it takes 21 days to crest a new habit, however research has proven that it can        take up to 66 days to hardwire a new habit into your brain. 

                        The stronger your belief in an affirmation, the sooner it will manifest. 



Can what I eat affect my mental health?

When people doubt the power of affirmations, they probably haven't been as dedicated as you need to be. 

Creating a new life is about making lifestyle changes that are for the better. 

When you start to see small results because of the changes you are making, you will realise that they do work. 

Be everything takes time and patience with intentional practice.

In order to create a more positive life, what you consume in your body is also super important. 

Eating processed food is not good for your health or well-being, it is important to consume foods from nature that are rich in nutrients. 





All this may seem like a huge task to undertake. 

The people that make one small changes, usually have a greater positive change. 

By introducing exercise into our routine, you will naturally be more drawn to eating healthier and thus feeling more inclined to practice more positive activities. 

Find your passion, is it food, is it exercise, is it reading? Start by making one small change in only one area and the rest will fall into place.
